Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration and negligence is not covered under the "Precision Aviation Wear" guarantee. This guarantee is only valid with original receipt of purchase.

WARNING! Precision Aviation Wear gloves are not flame proof or fire retardant. Do not wear while welding, grinding or exposure to open flame.

How to make a claim
Pack your product in an appropriate shipping package and please include:

• Copy of the original receipt (this guarantee is not valid without original receipt).
• Your name, return address and telephone number.
• A brief description of the problem.

Note: Precision Aviation Wear is not responsible for packages lost in transit. When received by Precision Aviation Wear we will determine if the returned product meets the criteria of manufacturing defects and/or workmanship. If it is determined to meet this criteria, a new product of the same will be shipped back to you.
